BOWTIES WITH CHICKEN

This is a great recipe for a busy day and another great way to use Chicken.
I use the boneless already cooked chicken I buy at aldies. It is made by Perdue but there are other brands as well in your local supermarket.
I don’t pay over five dollars a bag and if you don’t have a discount supermarket then please be patient most supermarkets put this item on sale at least once a month.
I know that asparagus can be expensive but there are ways around this expense you can  buy canned at  Dollar General and you can buy a frozen bag and use a little of that bag with lots left for other meals.
Also you can use Broccoli if that is what you have on hand.
Never think you have to follow a recipe exactly. Always think outside the box when making a recipe and use what you have on hand. That way you are way ahead of the game.
I like the look of the bowtie pasta. I have heard it say you eat with your eyes first and I believe that is true.
You can also use other pasta like rigatoni or shells if that is what you have but the bowtie was inexpensive to buy at the Dollar Tree. I leave that decision up to you.
