Steak With Cucumber
Sauce
Today has been a busy
and tiring day. My neighbor and I had so much to do that we were gone five
hours. By the time I got home I was in so much pain I could walk very little
but when I got up on my porch there was a large package. The kitchen table I ordered
just two days ago was there.
I was debating whether
or not to put it together but of course I had to do it.
My rational was I don’t
have to stand to assemble it.
I was so pleased when I
was done I decided to make a nice dinner.
My legs were not in agreement so I had to make something easy and delicious.
I had left over steak
and decided to make a cucumber sauce for it.
I love this sauce. It is
usually found in gyros but it’s good on all sorts of vegetables and meat.
This sauce is so simple
and if I could make it as tired as I was you know it has to be easy.
Here is the recipe for
Cucumber Sauce
1 grated cucumber (do it
in your blender then strain it)
1 8oz container of plain
yogurt
½ Teas of garlic powered
and blend together.
It’s done just waiting
after it’s chilled to spoon over the steak.
