BBQ Pork&Chicken  Fried Rice Made From Recycled BBQ Spare Ribs and Crab Ragoons

Last night  a friend brought over some boneless Chinese spare ribs. We enjoyed them. Who doesn't enjoy these things?
She also brought some Crab Ragoons.
Today I need to use up the left overs.
I decided that Chinese fried rice with pork sounded good.
I looked up several recipes and came up with one of my own base on the recipes I found.
I was going to make this recipe until I went to Hannafords and found a new product. It is a rice mix something like rice a roni but it is a Hannaford brand. I had to buy Chinese Chicken Fried Rice. It was only a dollar so it was worth changing up what I was going to make. When I got home I made the dinner.
I added to the mix chicken, pork, scallions, ginger, and soy sauce. I put it in the microwave and it took only twelve minutes. It tasted great and I will buy this product again.
I put the Crab Ragoon in the oven at 400 degrees for a few minutes to reheat the and crisp them up  again.
My recycled meal turned out really good and made a filling and enjoyable meal.
Below is the recipe I came up with:

CHINESE FRIED RICE WITH PORK

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon . peanut oil, (or other cooking oil)
1  c. leftover brown rice
1 c. leftover cooked pork, finely chopped
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. onions , finely chopped

Directions:

Heat the oil in a heavy skillet to the smoking point, add the rice and stir-fry for about 4 minutes. Add the pork and onions and cook for 5 minutes longer, then stir into he soy sauce. Turn up the heat, pour the beaten egg gradually into the hot mixture stirring vigorously so that the eggs cook and blend in with the rice. Sprinkle parsley in the  and serve. Makes 2 servings.
