REBEL CHEF FUNKY CHORIZO

Saturday a friend and I drove over a hundred miles just to go to a certain grocery store.
I was raised in Rochester, NY and developed a love for certain foods that I can not get in the Albany. NY area.
Along with a certain type of hot dog and BBQ sauce I picked up some Franks Red Hot Sauce a staple in most Rochester, NY kitchens.
I decided to checkout the web site for this sauce and found a recipe that I wanted to try.
Here it is with a couple of changes to keep it in our budget:

REBEL CHEF FUNKY CHORIZO

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 0f a jar of olives in oil
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
`1  slice 2-day-old country,Italian or any chunky  bread, cubed
2 tbsp. FRANK'S REDHOT Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/2 lb. chorizo sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices or use what ever sausage  you have on hand
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
paprika to tase
DIRECTIONS:

In a pan, heat the oil from the olives and add garlic, cubed bread, and FRANK'S REDHOT Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce. Cook until bread is golden brown.
Add sliced chorizo or othemr sausage that is already cooked  and olives and saute for about 2 minutes.
I think another good way to use this recipe is to top a toss salad with it and then serve with a creamy dressing like Blue Cheese This recipe is ready for the table within 15 minutes.
My cousin didn't understand how to use this recipe. In case you are having the same problem here is what I told her:  You could consider this  de constructed hot sandwich  It has all the flavoring, bread and meat. If you like salads it would be  nice topping for that as well.
