Beer-Steamed Clams on a Gas Grill
Needless to say I am cooking out on my grill again.
I came across this recipe today and went out and got some clams and a bottle of beer. (don't ask). Clams are on sale at Price Chopper this week. For two dozen you will only pay 2.50. If its only you then a dozen will do just fine.
Anyway when I saw this recipe I just had to try it and I was not disappointed.
I think you will like it too.
