I found this recipe for
corn on the cob that you can cook on the grill.
It sounds so good! It
makes my mouth water to think about it!
I have added corn to my
shopping list and this is going to be on my holiday list this Monday for
dinner.
Here is the recipe:
Sweet and Spicy Grilled Corn
Ingredients:
2 ears of corn
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ stick of butter
½ tbsp of fresh garlic
1 ½ tbs of Franks Red
Hot Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1.
Combine syrup, butter,
garlic, and hot sauce in a pan and melt to create glaze

Reduce to low and simmer
for 4 to 5 minutes
3.
Heat grill to medium
high heat and place the corn cobs on it
4.
Brush with glaze turning
regularly until lightly charred (8 to 10 minutes)
5.
Once charred remove from
grill and drizzle with the remaining glaze.
