Vodka Steak
This is a delicious
dinner and perfect for a Sunday when you can grill your steak outside.
The original recipe
called for two types of peppers but right now the red and the yellow peppers
are too expensive and a nice green pepper will do just fine. The recipe also
called for heavy cream. If you think you have other uses for it then get the
heavy cream. You can buy a ½ pint for very little. I myself prefer half and
half. I find a lot more uses for it including for coffee.
This dinner will
include the steak, pasta, and even desert.
The desert is so good
and so tasty as well as good for you!
Here is what we will
make;
