Mussels & Angel Hair Pasta

Mussels with Angel Hair Pasta

Today I am so tired. I helped my neighbor pack and move yesterday. But its Sunday and Sundays I like to have a good dinner. I needed a simple, quick and ratifying meal and that is exactly what I have planned.
This is going to be the last couple of days I can make sea food for a while because this neighbor is coming to live with me for a week perhaps more. She hates sea food and the smell and as a good host I will not prepare it while she lives here.  I love sea food  so I though this would be the  perfect day to prepare Mussels served over Angel Hair Pasta.
This meal will take no time at all because when I went to Price Chopper the other day I found a selection of Mussels prepared in three different sauces for only two dollars and ninety-nine cents a package.
The package size  is quite generous and more than enough for a couple meals.
I also found in  the same case  as the mussels if anyone is interested Lobster Ra-goons marked down from seven ninety-nine to only three ninety-nine. I have purchased these Ra-goons before and they are quite good. Times like this I wish I had a large freezer!
The mussels are already prepared and ready to put in  the oven. I chose the garlic and olive one mussels.because I knew it would be simple to make with the Angel Hair pasta.
I will heat some water in the microwave and cook the pasta for five minutes the I will add the angel hair and cook in the micro wave for another five minutes. This is the quickest pasta to use.
When the pasta is ready I will toss it olive oil, garlic salt, and fresh ground pepper.
Then the mussels I will place on top.
As I said very easy and still a filling and satisfying meal for Sunday.
