Wine & Balsamic Vinegar BBQ Wings

Wine & Balsamic Vinegar BBQ Wings

The other day I was watching a program on the Food Network and they were doing wings.
That got my attention. I like to find different ways to make them so I listened.
It was a simple recipe but it sounded good and decided to give it a try.
I took about a half dozen wings out of the freezer and put them in a baggie.
Next I poured some balsamic vinegar  dressing over then then an equal amount of red wine.
I shook up the bag and put it in the refrigerator to marinate.
Today because it is raining I put the wings in the electric frying pan on low and let them cook slowly.
Once the marinate has attached to the wings and the wings are close to being cooked I basted them with some of my Country Sweet BBQ sauce.
Out standing! What a great taste!
Along with the wings I made a small green salad with blue  cheese dressing.
Dinner had a different taste sweet, tart, and oh so good!

BBQ Wings
Ingredients:.

6 wings
1/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup of red wine
Sea Salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
BBQ sauce

Directions::

1. Place wings in a baggie along with the wine, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
2. Allow to marinate
3. Place in frying pan or grill
4. Cook until the marinate has dissipated and attached to the wings.
5. Baste with BBQ sauce

Serve with  salad and enjoy!

Today we got an hour of sun so I ran out and put my chicken on the grill.
I first put them in a cake pan so the juices would not go all over.
I let the chicken grill for about half an hour until cooked.
I then took the chicken out of the pan and put it on the grill
to crisp up.
I still had about a half cup of juice and it smelled so good I took it in the house made a run and then a thickened sauce.
My god it was good!
I used this instead of BBQ sauce.
Either would work fine but I just had to use this sauce instead!
