Crock Pot Ham & Cabbage

It's getting colder out so it's time for those hearty fall meals.
This weekend I have decided to make a boiled dinner.
I am making a half head of cabbage, ham, onion, carrots, baby yukon potatoes. I will flavor the the broth with onion soup mix.
I will put it all in the crock pot that I will line for easy clean up.
It should take about 8 hours on low.
Then when its ready I will add some apple sauce to my plate.
This is an easy and inexpensive meal and totally delicious.
