Dinner and Breakfast From One Meal
Last night I was in the mood for an open face steak sandwich.
My roommate bought some sub rolls so I cooked up a half of an onion, one rib of a green pepper and a small piece of steak. Once the steak and veggies were cooked I piled it all in a steak roll and topped it with a piece of cheese and placed in the microwave for one minute.
It was way too much for me to eat so I put half away for the next day.
I was not sure if I would use the left overs for breakfast or lunch.
This morning I was hungry so I got the steak out of the refrigerator. I thew out the roll because it was too soggy to use.
Next I put the steak an veggies in the microwave for two minutes to heat it up. Next I scrambled two eggs. Once everything was ready I mixed the eggs with the steak and eggs.
I heated up some coffee and had a great breakfast!
