I was shopping at my favorite store Gabriel's in Scotia and saw some beautifully cut veal. It made me think back to my college days at RIT and a little hole in the wall called  Campi's  located on Scottsville Rd where I spent many late afternoons studying and eating their wonderful VEAL WITH PARMESAN.

I have tried other items on their menu including the steak sandwich but always went back to the Veal Parmesan.
Lets face it I was hooked!
I have had this dish many times since I moved from Rochester but never enjoyed it more than the ones I had at Campi's.
Anytime I go back to Rochester I know one of my visits will be to this restaurant.
For any one lucky enough to live close enought to give this place a try I don't think you would be disappointed.
