Crispy Buffalo Chicken Won-tons
I found this recipe today and it sounded so good!
One of my favorite foods is crab ragoons and I think this is a great variation that should taste so good!
Here is the recipe:
Crispy Buffalo Chicken Won-tons
Ingredients:
vegetable oil for frying
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce, or more to taste
20 won-ton wrappers (Hannafords has them in the produce section)
Directions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Combine chicken, Cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, butter, and hot sauce in a bowl.
3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon chicken mixture onto the center of each won-ton wrapper
4. fold won-tons in half and press to seal.
5. Arrange won-tons on a baking sheet and freeze for 5 to 10 minutes.
6. Fry in preheated oil until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
