                Sandwich Steak Yoshinoya Beef Bowls 

Today I decided I wanted to use Price Choppers version of Steak-umms. 
Deciding that next I had to find a recipe to inspire me so I went to the Steak-umms.site an found something I liked that I use as is. 
Here is what  I found:

Sandwich Steak Yoshinoya Beef Bowls 

Ingredients:

1/2  medium onion, sliced
2  Sandwich   Steaks

1/2  tsp. minced garlic (jarred or fresh) 

1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup cooked rice
Soy sauce
Directions:

Cut steaks into strips 
cook as directed on package. Set aside.
  Cook onion in same skillet
  stir in garlic
  Return steak strips to the pan; stir until all ingredients are mixed. 
Spoon over cooked rice and add soy sauce (to taste).

This is so inexpensive to make you could even add desert.
