Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
In case no one figured this out what I am doing is using up all the meat and protein in my freezer. Every couple of months I like to do this so nothing goes bad.
I was finally down to the last package of chicken patties.
So I went on line to get an inspiration. I found it. I decided to make Buffalo Chicken Meatballs my way of course.
Here is what I made:
Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
.
Ingredients:
1 chicken patty ( 8 ounces ground)
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 small onion
1 stalk of celery
sea salt to taste
fresh ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup of chili sauce ( I use Franks sweet chili sauce)
1 egg
1 egg
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Mix the ingredients and form into meatballs about 1 1/2 inches
Get out a cookie tray and spray with a vegetable spray
When the oven is ready place the tray of meatballs in the oven and bake for ten minutes or until the outside of the meatballs are firm.
Then get out your crock pot and place meatballs in the crock pot. If you need to layer then make sure you drizzel some buffalo sauce over each layer.
The crock pot should be set on low and allowed to cook for two hours.
When ready to serve drizzel blue cheese over the meatballs.
You can use ranch if you prefer.
Serve and enjoy!
