EASY AS PIE NO BAKE CHEESECAKE PUDDING

EASY AS PIE NO BAKE CHEESECAKE PUDDING

Yesterday I was in the mood for cheese cake.  I am unable to get to the store since I have no car right now I had to get creative. I looked first at what supplies I had. I knew I had cream cheese. This house lives on cream cheese lol. Next I made sure I had the rest of the ingredients I would need to make a cheese cake that was when I spotted the tub of half used Cool Whip. I had forgotten I had it. When I opened it I saw a slight bit of green on a small section of the cream. Oh oh I thought better use it before I loose it. Now the direction of what I was going to make changed since I had to incorporate the Cool Whip. That was when I remembered the Lemonade Pie I make that calls for  Cool Whip.  I did not have any lemonade or limeade so I decided to use a teaspoon of vanilla.
Now the plan came together.
This is what I made:

EASY AS PIE NO BAKE CHEESECAKE PUDDING

INGREDIENTS:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

DIRECTIONS:

Mix cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip
Again, mix until smooth. Pour mixture into crust. Chill at least 2 hours
before serving

It turned out great and after tasting it I came up with a couple more ideas about what you could add to the basic pudding.
It would be perfect to add coconut. It would be outstanding. Also I could have taken the preserves and marbled the pudding with it. Also a great idea to move the pudding up a notch or two.
Finally it also would be great to add lemonade, limeade, or orange juice. If you do only use a tablespoon or two to the pudding.
I think what I am telling you is this is a great basic cheesecake pudding that you change according to your mood or supplies.
It also can make an awesome pie.
What ever you choose to make  weather its the orginal pudding or you take it up a notch or two
I know you will enjoy your sinfully delicious treat.
