I found this recipe and it was so simple and sounded so good I thought you would enjoy making it. So I converted the recipe to the right size made it a affordable for all of us.
Here is the recipe:Directions:
2 pork loin chops
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 cups coarsely crumbled cracker crumbs (about 4 ounces crackers)
3 ounces fresh mushrooms,chopped 1/2 onion chopped
1/2 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
Brush both sides of pork chops with lime juice and lay them in prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended and spoon evenly over chops.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until chops are cooked through.
