A couple weeks ago I got thinking about Easter and above cut outs.I didn't want to make cookies but I did have some white chocolate and the container of orange cream cycle frosting.
I needed to use up I wanted to make my pantry look as good as I could for selling my home. But back to my idea.
At Christmas time I had made peppermint fudge.
I decided I was going to make creamcycle fudge.
This recipe is so easy it was a no brainer. the only thing I had to figure out was how to make the fudge firm enough to do cut outs. Then it came to to use confectionary sugar. It worked.
Here is what you need:
1 can of frosting
1 12 ounce package of chocolate
1 traspoon of confectionary sugar
All you have to do is melt your chocolate in the microwave checking at 30 second intervals until the chocolate is melting .
Next mix the melted chocolate and frosting together adding the teaspoon of confectionery sugar.
That's all you have to do to make the fudge. When you are done mixing the fudge should have the consistency of a wet cookie dough.
Wait a couple minutes in the dough or fudge will start to firm up.
Pat the fudge into a lined cookie tray. By this time it will be easy to do your cut outs.
That is all there is to it.
Refrigerate for an hour and decorate.
I put sprinkles on mine before I put the fudge in the refrigerator.
