Millionaire Pie
Are you tired of the same old same old dessert for Easter?
I agree and decided to see what I could find that was different and decadent.
I was successful and after trial and error I came up with this version of this pie:
Millionaire Pie
Ingredients:
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1 can (15.25oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 jar of maraschino cherries, drained & chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 can sweetened (Eagle Brand) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
Blend together the cream cheese and condensed milk; gently fold in the whipped topping.
Then combine coconut, crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries, pecans, and stir into the cream cheese and condensed milk mixture
Pour into crust.
Top with additional whipped topping and cherries if desired. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
My version of this pie is totally decadent and so good!
