Pineapple Chicken Recipe

   


   I found this recipe and converted it to our needs. It is easy to make and can be prepared before you leave for work in the morning and when you get home its ready to eat. All that is left to do is make some five minute instant rice in the microwave then sit down and enjoy!




Ingredients:

3/4  pound chicken breasts, cubed (that is about two boneless chicken breasts
1 large can chunked pineapple
1 sweet red peppers, chopped
1 cup  frozen  peas
1/2  teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- salt, soy sauce & sesame seeds to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, except peas, in crock pot.
Make sure you use a crock pot liner. That way there is little or no cleanup
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
 Add sugar peas during the last hour of cooking. 
Serve over instant white rice.
Enjoy this simple meal!
