Chicken Fajitas Salad With Spicy Avocado Cilantro Dressing
I bought a bag of Tyson Frozen Cooked Chicken Fajitas Strips
at Walmart when I went shopping last month and its got a great flavor and I have used it several times. It is also a great value at five dollars for a large bag. I decided to make a toss salad with these strips and this is what I did:
Chicken Fajitas Salad With Spicy Avocado Cilantro Dressing
First lets make the bowl for the salad from a tortilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 400.
Loosely crumble sheet of aluminum foil to make a rough 3" ball.
Place foil on cookie sheet sprayed with non stick cooking spray and drape tortilla over it.
Spray tortilla with non stick cooking spray.
Bake in oven until tortilla is lightly brown and crispy. (bowl will form as tortilla drapes over foil in the oven.)
Time to assemble the salad.
I will leave the amount of each ingredients up to you but this is what I used:
Ingredients:
lettuce
tomatoes
Onion
Green or red pepper
Tyson pre-cooked fajita chicken
shredded Mexican cheese
sour cream
Directions:
Place tortilla bowl on large plate or bowl. Fill with lettuce,
