Cream of ham
Today another easy dinner. The plus side was I used two more things from my freezer. The freezer has to be cleaned out by July 16th when I move out and head to Texas.
Today I made:
Cream of ham
Then added two slices of ham I also added frozen asparagus. The mix called for water
. To make half of this mix it called for one cup of water brought to a boil
While the water was heating l took a half cup of water and added enough mix to make this half cup of water thick
Once the water was boiling and the sauce was smooth I added it gradually to the boiling water until blended.
I also added a teaspoon of yellow mustard
Then I added the ham and asparagus. And stirred until thicken.
Later I will serve it over toast.
