Dump Dinner : Pasta, Hamburger, Sauce, Cheese
The other day I woke up during the early hours when my TV popped on. I was about to turn it off when the info commercial caught my attention. I was showing a promotion for two cookbooks. I left the TV on and listened. It sounded good almost like Manna from heaven!
I was advertising Dump Cake and Dump Dinners.
The premise was that all you did was dump things in a pan and it made a cake or dinner.
I am not a believer until I can prove to myself it works.
That is what I did for dinner yesterday.
Below is what I made:
Ingredients:
1/2 pound hamburger
1 small jar of sauce
About one cup of pasta
Handful of shredded cheese.
Directions:
1. Use a cake pan or a pan that size and spray it with a Pam like spray to coat
2. next take the half pound of hamburger and pat it even in the bottom of the pan. No need to cook it first.
3. next layer is the pasta also uncooked
4. cover the pasta and hamburger with sauce
5. top with cheese
6. place in the oven and bake for an hour
7. remove and let set for twenty minutes
Then enjoy!
I turned out so good it was about the best baked pasta I have had!
