Crock Pot Deconstructed Chicken Pot Pie
Today I was in the mood to make a creamy and rich chicken dinner.
I had a can of Progresso creamy Parmesan and basil meal starter and two pounds of rice and of course a boneless skinless chicken breast.
That was a good start now a vegetable, hum lets look in the freezer. Corn perfect! Then to the refrigerator and there were onions and carrots & yellow squash.
Now time to put the dinner on.
I decided to do it the easy way in the crock pot.
