5 Minute Spice Cookies !

        Five Minute Cookies

Today is another cold day and many people are feeling kind of down so I decided to make some fast and easy cookies for everyone to enjoy.
This is my version of the cake mix cookies that I had to refine so they actually turned out like cookies.
I always by Betty Crocker so I have the opportunity to add flaxseed to what I bake but it's up to you I believe Duncan Hines has the 18 and a half ounce boxes of cake mix
I made spice cookies because I had a spice cake mix you can use any cake mix you want or have on hand.
This is how I made the cookies.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 (18.25 ounce) package cake mix (any kind) ( Betty Crocker because it is 15 and a half ounces and I can add an eighth of a cup of flaxseed its up to you if you add the flax seed)

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions :

1. Mix together cake mix, eggs and oil in a large bowl.
2. Make little balls  ( I use a tablespoon for mine) with the dough
3. I then use the cap of a spice jar to flatten the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar again this step is up to you
4.  set on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350 degrees F 10 to 15 minutes depending if you want chewy or soft cookies.
Let cool.then enjoy.
