        Lemon Yogart Cream Pie

Easter is Sunday and dinner is planned  now for desert.
I decided on a new take on a favorite pie I make. This year it will be a lemon yogart pie. In my case it will be lemon yogart tarts so I can share with friends and  neighbors.
Here is what I did:

       Lemon Yogart Cream Pie

Ingredients:

Pre made graham cracker crust
8 oz lemon yogurt
4 oz cool whip
1/2 package lemon jello
Half lemon

Directions:

Combine one half of an 8 oz container of cool whip
1/2 package lemon jello
and the container of lemon yogurt.
Then cut lemon in half and squeeze the half of lemon into the other ingredients. Then zest the lemon
Mix togetner and pour into the shell.
Place in freezer until ready to serve.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
Top with cool whip and serve.
