Creamy Green Enchilada Sauce
I think enchiladas are a great casserole to make and it does feed quite a few people but the one thing I don't like is the cost of the enchilada sauce itself so I decided to see if it was hard to make.
It was really pretty easy and most of the ingredients I had in my refrigerator in my cabinet.
Here is what I did:

Here is what I did:
Creamy Green Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients:
One cup of thickened chicken broth(make a rue and add the broth)
Half a cup sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 cup of green chili
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or salt
One teaspoon a Cumin
1 teas cloves crushed
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Half a cup sour cream
1/4 - 1/2 cup of green chili
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or salt
One teaspoon a Cumin
1 teas cloves crushed
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients
Allowed to boil down to half of its consistency
That's it that's all there is to it.
It made enough for me to make a meal tonight and to freeze the balance of the sauce for another time so it ended up being fairly cost-effective.
