Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms With         Avocado Tomato And Cheese

I found this recipe online in various forms and decided to try this one.

This is like quickie  recipe so easy and quick to make.

Ingredients:

6 Medium to large portobello     mushrooms
1 tomato chopped
1 small avocado chopped
Handful of mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Dierctions:
After  everything is chopped and the stems are removed from the mushrooms first pepper and salt the mushrooms then place the avocado and tomatoes inside the mushrooms and topped with mozzarella cheese.
Place mushrooms in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes
That's it ready to eat!
