I do because Mom didn't even make jello and we all love this one.
If you remember this Jell-O salad I know you'll remember how good it is and I wanted to share the recipe with you.
Here it is:
Ingredients:.
2 3-ounce packages lemon flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 cup ice water
1 9-ounce cans crushed pineapple with juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pinch salt
2 cups grated carrots
Directions:
1. Mix two packages of lemon jello with 2 cups of boiling water and stir until dissolved .
2. Then Stir in 1 cup ice water, crushed pineapple, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
3. Chill in refrigerator until the gelatin starts to thicken. Then fold in the grated carrots. Mix well.
4 Put in jello mode. Let stand I refrigerator for several hours until firm.
