The Best Sausage Ball Recipe

The sausage ball recipe is very forgiving you can use whatever cheese you choose. For example I do not include the parmesan cheese I think it makes the sausage balls to dry tasting but if you like the taste of Parmesan add it.
I've also seen this recipe used with Italian sausage an Italian seasonings.
Just the other day Velveeta posted this recipe using Velveeta cheese.
So do it your way but whichever cheese or whichever you include or not include these always turn out great!

1. Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch.

2. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except barbecue sauce, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan.

Lightly wet your hands to roll the balls to prevent sticking.
