Pudding cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup of Bisquick
1 3 oz pudding mix
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix ingredients together
Form into balls
Roll into sugar or nuts
Flatten with a fork
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 8 to 10 minutes
