Ground Beef Biscuits

Ground Beef Biscuits.


1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 can (4-oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder (or to taste)
½ tsp. garlic salt
1 can (5 count) biscuits
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray with Pam Original./ muffin pan
Press in to make cups
In a large skillet, brown ground beef, onion, and bell pepper; stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, and garlic salt; simmer while preparing dough.
Press the biscuits in muffin tin.
Spoon hot mixture in muffin cups then sprinkle with cheese
. Bake at 375 degrees 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
